Here’s a concise overview of our refund policy:

  • Full refunds are available if the news story cannot be published.
  • Writing packages are refundable before work begins; however, research add-ons are non-refundable.
  • Publishing packages and add-ons can be refunded only before publishing starts.
  • We offer refunds or republishing for errors made by us.
  • PayPal refunds are instant, while card and bank refunds may take up to 10 days.
  • To request a refund, please contact us.

If we are unable to publish your news story on the outlets included in your chosen news network, you will be entitled to a full refund. In this case, we may offer the option to redo the order. However, you will always have the opportunity to receive a full refund in this situation if you prefer.

Refunds During the Writing Process

If you decide to cancel your order during the writing process, our policy is as follows:

  1. Full Refund of Publishing Package and Add-ons: You will receive a complete refund for all costs associated with the publishing package and any additional publishing add-ons.
  2. Non-refundable Writing Package Fee: The cost of the writing package and writing add-ons is non-refundable. This is because we allocate these funds immediately to our writers who begin working on your project as soon as your order is placed.

 

By initiating a refund during the writing process, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refunds During the Publishing Process

Refunds requested during the publishing process will be denied. We cannot halt a publication in process, and we are unable to recoup the costs of publishing an article. Please review your article thoroughly before sending it to us or approving it for publication. We make every effort to ensure your article is error-free. However, you should always check:

  • The article meets your requirements
  • Business contact details are correct
  • Spelling and grammar are accurate
  • Provided keywords are used
  • All links work correctly
  • Requested images/videos are included and positioned appropriately

Refunds After Order Completion

 

  • If the text of the article you provided or approved does not match the live publications, you can request a free removal and republication.
  • This policy does not cover differences in publication formatting or placement of images and videos, as each news site controls these aspects.
  • If your news story is not published on the minimum number of news sites included in your package, you will be entitled to a full refund as per our Money Back Guarantee.
  • All other refund requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

Refund Processing Time

 

  • Refund requests will be approved or denied based on this policy within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Funds will be available on your card within 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal Refunds: Funds will be visible in your PayPal account immediately after processing. If you paid with your PayPal balance, funds should be available instantly. For card or bank account payments, funds are usually available after 5 business days but may take longer depending on your bank.

Refunds will always be sent to the original payment method used. We cannot process refunds to a different account.
